Update Thai localization based on Richboy7 which contains a branch code surely :)

This is an adapted version of 1.1 and 1.1B together. There is unfortunately only the English language, but that is easy to update. I have added on a Branch Code to the application so that when they see your bank details, they will also see your branch code. I'm not sure about other countries, but this is useful for South Africa.
This is a full version.
