Unsold Carts Report
This report will show you carts that are unsold so you can see what was at least added and then passed on for whatever reason. The report allows you to select how many past days you will view.
Info also includes the customer name, phone number, email address, what items were in the cart, and the cart total.
I have tested this with MS1 but not MS2 but I assume it works. Readme has simple install instructions.

It has everyting the Report Had plus more and many fixes that never made it to the report including that it works with product attributes.
Very useful contribution. Thanks for it. I think it's better to be placed in box "Customers" (together with Customers & Orders). This is not too important but if someone prefere to use contribution in this box, i attach the file.
--------------
More importante is that I find one problem (I test just in CVC 2.2). The contribution doesn't work if product in unsold order has Products_attributes. Any proposal ?
For all who will still use the Unsold Carts Report
- HTML output fixed
- Delete Button (Idea Roman Gruhn)
- German language file
I would like to announce my offical and full support for Recover Cart Sales tool, because it provides everything that this report does and much more. I have already placed most of what was planned for version 2.0 of this report into the Recover Cart Sales tool. I am no longer going to continue updating this report because of this and that means I will not be releasing the planed 2.0 version of this report. You can find info about latest release of the RCS Tool in its topic:
http://forums.oscommerce.com/index.php?showtopic=67701
Also you can download the latest version of this report from its contrib page:

The file attached to this package is the readme.txt file for the new RCS Tool.
The sole purpose of this version is a minor change in the ReadMe file notifing users of the new forum topic for version 1.7 and higher.

*Version 1.6*
-Fixed Date display bug
-Tested on OSC MS2
-Not Tested on OSC MS1, but 1.5 seems to work per forums posts

*Version 1.6*
-Redesigned the table layout to place each piece of information in
its own column
-Flatened customer details into a single row and placed it as the
first row of each cart
-I hope this will be more inline with the other OSC reports and
Admin pages, as well as easer to read and understand
-Formated date using the format specified by DATE_FORMAT defined in
each languages main language file.
(FYI... The OSC DB only stores the date as a varchar(8) type for
Customer Baskets, and not as a datetime type)
-Product Description is now a link to the products read-only preview
-Added Product Model to the carts details
-Added Product Price to the carts details
-Tested on OSC MS2
-Not Tested on OSC MS1, but 1.5 seems to work per forums posts
-ALL FILES WHERE UPDATED
Double Crap! Somehow I failed in my syncing of my server and local system. I double checked this zip this time this is the correct 1.5 :) hehe
Version should not change because files that where in version 1.4.1a ended up missing in 1.5. This is the vaild 1.5 update with the correct version of the english language file.
Fixed
define('TABLE_CART_TOTAL', 'Cart Total: ');
define('TABLE_GRAND_TOTAL', 'Grand Total: ');
Language File didnt have these in it..
*Version 1.5*
-Removed use of money_format function and replaced with standard
OSC supplied functions
-This *should* now be cross-platform again (sorry)
-Only the /admin/stats_unsold_carts.php was updated
-Works on OSC MS2 if you have OSC MS1 you will need to use v1.1:
http://www.oscommerce.com/contributions/unsold_carts1.1.zip
Pevious 1.4.1 had wrong files in ZIP. This is the correct one.
*Version 1.4.1 *
-Fixed bug where last cart or only cart didn't display a Final Price
-Fixed bug where Total would only show the second to the last carts
Final Price or would show zero if only a single cart was displayed
-Renamed Final Price to Cart Total
-Renamed Total to Grand Total
-FYI ALL FILES WHERE UPDATED
Right now it needs PHP 4.3.0 or higher and will not work on a Widnows Server. Next release will fix this problem.
*Version 1.4.1 *

-Fixed bug where Total would only show the second to the last carts

-Tested on MS2
Nothing special, just added the link to e-mail from admin to customer's e-mail address.
Addon tested and working on MS2
I changed the email and phone number location so you dont there isn't a: "mailto:"
You can just see the name and go email them in admin.
(I am working on a clickable link so it goes directly to their name in osC's email program)
