Average_Shipping_Price
This module is perfect for those of you need to charge different when shipping to different parts of the country and having heavy products shipping.
Put an average shipping price for each products (taking account of its weight, proportions) and a level-headedness rating for the groups of states or/and countries.
This module allows you create shipping regions by dividing states of a country in different groups.
Each product will have an average shipping price.
Each group will then have it's own shipping rate to weight the average shipping price.
