A Simple adaptation of an exsisting module to accept Natwest Fastpay Payments (UK only)

I forgot to state originally that this mod was made on a Loaded5 installation. There is a whole chunk of code that isn't nessesary, which includes contributions from other people, including Linda Mcgraths Free shipping module.
As FASTPAY doesn't accept parameters at the moment, you will have to complete the order manually, but i have left the code in so that if & when FASTPAY does take off, it can easily be modified.
But even as it stands, it does work to the point that it gives customers the option, even if you have to complete the order manually, but you will save on costs.
Zip just includes updated updated / install readme.
