Categorical Manufacturers
This change in the manufacturers box allows the manufacturers box to
only display the manufacturers that relate to the products in the current
directory. If there are no products in the current directory then a search
will be performed for all of the products in all the current subcategories.

Previous version had table names in SQL statements.
