Here is the newest stable Version of phpaccess - optimized for OSC.
I optimized the INSTALL.txt... now it shuld be easier to understand for newbees.

Just added the french language as "$languagearray=4"
The definition must be inside filenames.php not in application_top.php !!
2) add the following 2 lines to /admin/includes/filenames.php after:
define('FILENAME_PHPACCESS','phpaccess.php');
