Allow guest reviews in Faq System

This is a little change to page faqdesk_reviews_write.php that allows guests to send their review . The review must be approved from the admin area . ( You must have install the Faqdesk Contribution ) . It asks the visitor for name and surname and it put's it at the database . I hope this will help you .
In my site i use this for getting the opinion of visitors in many themes !!
