This changes the account signup process so the password is created randomly and emailed to the user. This will result in fewer signups using bogus email accounts.

This is just a little update to the original readme file. the author missed a filename in the file so i added it.

I Have updated the 2.2MS1 version to use it under 2.2MS2
I found a couple of things in the file that were causing my servers to have errors. I in no way take credit for this contribution, just hoping that my little tiny modifications will help someone else. Hope this helps everyone.
