OSC-SupportTicket System 1.1b compleet translate to dutch language this package is full install and only for dutch users.

This is my first contribution so will not be perfect, the code could probably be worked better too :)

If using Open, Closed, Pending etc. to filter new tickets, after you've sorted the customers problem and closed the ticket (and you have it setup that a reply from the customer re-opens the ticket) it can be a little frustrating for a ticket to be re-opened by the customer just to say thank you.
When you then close the thread, the customer is notified of this, and as in several cases with me, again comes back and says thanks again, thus re-opening the thread, a bit of a chicken and egg situation.
I previously used phpadmin to manually change the status of the ticket, but got fedup doing that so with this little mod you can close the thread and the customer will NOT be notified by email, thus they've said thanks, you've closed the thread, and they are none the wiser.
Some code needs adding to the admin/ticket_view.php file, see readme enclosed.
Please BACKUP before trying, neither my code nor instructions are perfect but should be easily understandable for php users.
Displays the tickets which are open and closed similar to the order displayed as pending , delivered etc.
Updated the english translation.
Complete Spanish translation for OSC-SupportTicket System 1.0. for MS2 Not sure if it works w/ MS1 but you can always try :). Make sure you backup your site or files before proceeding.
