Authorize.net with CVV for MS1 update

Because of the database structure changes in MS1 the catalog/checkout_process.php file in the module "Authorizenet w/CVV for new checkout process" dated 12/07/2002 does not work with MS1 and snapshots after 2003-02-17.

This is an updated catalog/checkout_process.php file.
