Gender Field Change
This changes the name "Gender" to "Title", "Male" to "Mr.", and
"Female" to "Ms.". It also adds a third choice, "None", so as to be
less objectionable to those afflicted with Political Correctness.
All i have done is upgrade it to work with 2.2 MS1 SNAPSHOT 15-Apr-2003.
This version is based on the United States Format modification in this category by Sandra Short.
