Module for CitiBank's c2it

This is a simple (but working) version of a payment module for CitiBank's c2it service. This is a basic file because c2it does not allow the seller to utilize instant payments like PayPal.

This should work in all versions. It has been tested in a pre-MS1 release AND a MS1 release.
