Unallowed Payment
With this little contribution, the administrator has the possibility to block certain payment modules for individual customers. Register the modules with their name, separated by commas, in the customers edit page.
For example:
cc for credit card payment.
cc,cod for credit card payment and cash on delivery.

Because the development of OSC never stops, I adapted Unallowed Payment to the current version.
With this admin/customers.php you select/deselct the unallowed payment with checkboxes. All changes in the file are marked with START PAYMENT_UNALLOWED.
Just published and already a problem. Who installs Load5 needs a modified function. Therefore here once again the complete contribution considering Load5.
